Japan, facing a declining working population due to an aging society and low birthrate,
is confronted with a significant business challenge that I feel strongly about addressing.
However, rather than simply lamenting this situation, I established Plus W to proactively solve it.

The world is now forced to change, and the times are transforming at an incredible speed.

For both organizations and workers, I believe it is necessary to constantly seek
the optimal "way of working" without being bound by conventional wisdom or past practices.
