Plus W was selected as an indirect subsidizer for the "Subsidy for New Business Creation Promotion Support Project in Emerging DX Countries (Indo-Pacific Region Business Co-Creation Promotion Project)" by JICS, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI)
Plus W has been selected as an indirect subsidizer by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) for the "Subsidy for New Business Creation Promotion Project in Emerging DX Countries (Indo-Pacific Region Business Co-Creation Promotion Project)". This project aims to develop advanced IT human resources in Pakistan, with a focus on IT, Japanese language, and culture. It seeks to address five key issues in Pakistan by nurturing skilled IT professionals and connecting them with Japanese companies
【Economic and Social Issues in Pakistan】
（1）Strengthen education of IT human resource and producing work-ready IT personnel
（2）Raise the employment rate of new STEM graduates
（3）Increase women's employment rate and promote social advancement
（4）Reduce education/wage disparity between rural and urban areas
（5）Increase exportation of Pakistan’s ICT industry
Our primary focus will be on promoting the following three projects to enhance the growth of high-level IT talents and generate business opportunities through effective matchmaking with Japanese companies.
A：Develop IT talents with work-ready skills by utilizing the results of the DX Promotion Project and
by incorporating external human resources.
B：Development of a personalized Japanese language and culture learning program specialized for
the IT field
C：Matching of Pakistani IT personnel and companies with Japanese companies through our unique
business model that combines "human resource" and "DX development”
Through this project, we will do our utmost to not only overcome social issues in Pakistan, but also drastically reduce the shortage of IT human resources in Japan.
